 This program assigns staton group.
 The station group that are available 
 in this MMC will provide more
 flexibility in the usage of Uniform
 Call Distribution(UCD/ACD), AA GROUP
 and VM/AA application.

 ** Station group type :
    - Normal group
    - VMAA group : can only distribute
         or sequential ringing.
    - UCD group : has wrapup capability.
    - AA group : can only distribute or 
         sequential ringing.
