 Allows the system administrator to
 set the Call Cost attributes generated
 by the system during a call. This 
 information can be displaed on a key
 phone LCD during a call or as an SMDR
 record.
 ** Attributes
   Unit cost : When the system is 
      installed to receive MP on a CO
      outgoing call.
   Call cost rate : This will
      generate additional call cost
      calculated by multiplying this
      rate to the original call cost.
