a little difference in each system. 
SPNet feature could not be supported in case of iDCS, so a input data started from '0' have no problem. 
Because there is no issue before function was added much to SPNet, this problem reported by you did not emerge greatly as 
issue. 
But after Network Station could be assigned in 406,601,607 etc.,many problem were happened. 
And, because OS7400 previous products has relatively few Total port number (Physical + Virtual + Group + Feature ID), 
a problem such as reported by you did not become issue greatly. 
Our system structure for total port number in each system is as following. 
OS100 Total port number : about 0x300 ports --- 03xx ~ 09xx, 0*xx can be used except 00xx ~ 02xx. 
OS500 Total port number : about 0x600 ports --- 06xx ~ 09xx, 0*xx can be used except 00xx ~ 05xx. 
OS7200 Total port number : about 0x400 ports --- 04xx ~ 09xx, 0*xx can be used except 00xx ~ 03xx. 
OS7400 Total port number : about 0xC00 ports --- 0xxx can not be used ..


E-lcr

в 724 даем код доступа на E-LCR 
После набора E-LCR кода набор поступает в ММС763 
In Digit - то, что набираем 
Out Digit - то, что вместо In Digit будет посылаться.. 
User LCR No - покакому E-LCR кодов из ММС724 эта запись будет активна при наборе номера 
NEXT ROUTE - транк, группа транков или LCR 

P.S. При модификации номера на LCD системника показывается то что набирали, а не то, что отправляется в NEXT ROUTE.. 
P.P.S. Опция ELCR Tone в ММС210 смысла в России не имеет, так как у нас ELCR тон готовности к набору номера и тон готовности 
внутренней линии к набору номера одиноков (То же касается и LCR Tone)
